New Customers
New customers will be required to supply additional information to be added to our invoicing system. This includes VAT/tax country code and registration number (if UK registered) and a copy of the company headed paper is also required. Please inform the Tau Team that you are a new customer to be invoiced when initiating a purchase.
Once The Tau team has a completed order form and purchase order (and an invoice information form for new customers), the invoice will be sent and once paid the software can be downloaded from the 'Your account' section of the website. The Tau Team will send you the licence file that will activate the software for the number of users specified in the order form.
Third-party purchase
A purchase can be made via a third-party agent on behalf of the end user. In this circumstance, a contract specification must be signed by the agent accepting the Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and/or Services. The invoice will be sent to a specified address, which, if new to our invoicing system must be added via the same process as a new customer.
