CytoBayesJ was developed to bring Bayesian analysis to cytogenetic biodosimetry laboratory practice. The software includes user-friendly tools which reproduce a number of Bayesian or 'Bayesian-like' methods which have been proposed in the literature, including distribution testing and calculators for posterior probability distributions.
